Golf Course Construction

Spence Golf Inc. is the construction side of Kris Spence’s company.  Established in 2001 out of Kris’ desire to tightly control the implementation of his design work, SGI has become one of the busiest and most successful golf course construction companies in the southeast.  In addition to handling the bulk of the renovation and restoration projects the company does, SGI has worked with several other nationally known architectural firms on both large and small scale projects.  SGI is equipped to handle all levels of course improvements or new course construction, large scale renovation and restorations as well as smaller renovations including practice area upgrades, bunker renovations, tee improvements and drainage installation projects.  Our team of qualified shapers, project foremen and laborers have greatly benefited from the close working relationship and training with Kris Spence.
